El Bajio on Milpas Street

A tiny little taqueria on Milpas street has excellent handmade gorditas and aguas frescas. They have sandia, papaya, and horchata every day. Sandia is watermelon.
The inside is immaculate and the staff are friendly.
Milpas seems to be the focal point of good but cheap food with La Super Rica, Saigon, and Your Place Thai Restaurant all within walking distance of each other.
